APEEL Collection prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise, selection and customer service. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 3 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will only provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless store APEEL Collection has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item. Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.Refunds won't be issued unless APEEL Collection has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement. Please note that APEEL Collection does not permit the return or exchange of the following items: Swimwear, Underwear & Sale Items Purchased at a Reduced Price.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
